Grow Room Vertical Carbon Filter

Good Morning All

I just bought a 6” Infinity carbon filter and am wondering if I can set it up vertically instead of hanging it from the top.
Please let me know your thoughts

Can I put my filter vertically as I just had rotator cuff surgery and can’t lift and hold.

I’m 34 and I’ve never had surgery but I can imagine it is a bitch. The one thing that has happened to me is I’ve dislocated my knees both of em on separate occasion tho
