Hi guys, I hope you are all high and feeling good. I need some advices.

I'm currently using and abusing my Vivant Ambit. This is my first vape and I love it, even when I see all those bad reviews. Yes, the airflow is restricted but the device is really well builded. I've not tested any other vapes available so I'm kinda virgin in this world.

I feel that I will need a new vape in the next months. The ambit is more and more hard to clean. It's sticky as hell, honey everywhere, even after a proper clean with Iso I got to clean it again 2-3 days later... My budget is 150-180 euros max, store located in Europe. The device should have the smallest size possible and must be convection only because I use it in my apartment where smoke is forbidden.

What would you buy ? What do you use ?

Thanks !

Portable vape need less airflow makes battery last longer. Also you want to create a vacuum when vaping to lower boiling point. Less airflow more vape to air ratio

I highly recommend the arizer solo 2, semi portable, small bowl, easily cleaned, quick warmup and long lasting battery til recharge, super easy to clean if weed is dumped out right after use, can be used with water pipe attachment, convection/conduction, digital temperature control, and in your price range, with great vapor quality.

Plus it works plugged in too so you can always vape at home atleast. But you could vape for like an hour with that probably ten fifteen bowls. Packs .1

Thanks a lot guys for your feedback. So, I think it will be the Arizer solo 2. Didn't realized that you can vape hasch... Plus the battery life, plus the ability to use it will charging...

Seems you guys perfectly understood my main concerns and you definitely cleaned them off. Thanks a lot !

X2 For the ariser solo 2 , took my first puffs of mine last night awesome unit. Compared to my last one it is way easier to load and keep clean. I would not call it pocket portable, maybe best described as micky pocket portable. If it turns out to be as durable as reported I will be a happy guy for a few years.

It's pocket portable in a hoody or something but not as stealthy as apen

Glad to see the solo 2 came up quickly. I was looking to get into vaping about 6 months ago and ultimately chose the same.

I am thrilled with it. It has taken me some time to find my stride with it (how to pack it, how to hit it), but this little thing is a champ for a solo recreational smoker who just wants something reliable and semi discreet. I don’t use it in public, but I have taken it on a few family trips and no one has even noticed. Having not vaped herb for 10 years, I was really surprised at the smoothness. Recently bought an adapter and bong to take it to the next level.

I think you’ll be very pleased

After turning to mostly vaping 4 years ago and suggesting vaporizers to others I can't stress enough these tips. Otherwise people will become discouraged and likely not be fond of vaping.
Using the solo 2 as an example.
Firstly, grind to medium, don't go fine because it will reduce airflow and particles will infiltrate the holes of the glass. Secondly, pack the bowl enough so it does not touch the bottom of the vape. Do not apply pressure to pack the bowl. Just lightly pack it so does not fallout. Let it heat to your desired temperature and wait-have patience- wait 30 seconds for your 1st hit. This hit will be wispy. Don't be discouraged. Wait another 20 seconds or so. The second hit may be wispy. Wait another 10-20 seconds. Now, draw/inhale slowly----I mean very, very slowly, without alot of pressure for a long inhale 10 -20 seconds----this is super important to get the best that a vaporizer has to offer.
If the bowl is done, clean immediately while it is still warm-i take a toothpick to take out the material, then swab with a bowl brush. This reduces the amount times you need to clean the bowl with isopropyl. If you forget to clean the bowl while it is still hot or warm, then just reheat then clean.
Remember looooonng and slooooow hits for great taste and big hits, then wait 20 seconds or so for the next hit-this gives the vape a chance to get heated again.
This is just my opinion/experiences.
Happy Vaping! :bighug:
