Live Stoner Chat Using Molasses

I may be wrong but I thought most of these finishers have molasses in them. I can tell you that I just harvested and my HOOT burns really clean and smooth I never flushed I just used molasses every watering from week 5 of flower to the next to last watering. I'm still learning so I could be wrong

I'm out of using molasses, last three grows were big L's and fails,so I m back on base ...

The Other Benefits of Molasses
In addition to improving the base quality of the soil, using molasses to irrigate your crops can also help prevent the build-up of pathogens that will potentially harm your plants, as well are reduce salt build up that can cause nutritional problems. Molasses contains a good amount of macro- and micro-nutrients, all of which are essential to cannabis health to one degree or another. As both macro- and micro-nutrients are not required in huge amounts, it can sometimes be quite hard to diagnose a deficiency. By regularly adding molasses to your grow you can ensure your cannabis has everything it needs.

heres the link I use it in teas and also using during flower solo when I water plants to help with salt build up

How much when your using it on just water days, do you mix with your water, thats when I apply it. Some people say 2 table spoons per gallon. I think might be to much.

It' also good to give it some during Veg. I do, got to feed those macro and microbes to the soil

Yeah, that's pretty much what I said, prepping and teas. I've fed regularly as well, that's how I was taught, but grows over years have shown a reduced yield when used as a regular, every feed, plant supplement. It's the calcium in molasses that binds salts in the soil making them available for microbes to do their thing.

I use molasses every fall for prepping the garden beds for the following spring, I just don't water with it, there are better options.

Was also taught pissing on your plant was "good" for them.... that was the early 80s... what a fun time to start learning to grow!
Knew a guy who decided to piss in a bottle, then pour it in his plants, it was a 4x4 tent, it smell like a Porta Potty in his tent

Molasses is good in a pinch for Ca and K, also has a touch of Fe in it, along with some other minors. I wouldn't use it as a steady thing, mostly to give teas a jump start. If you use it, make sure it's unsulphured. Black Strap and Brer Rabbit are good ones.

Understanding Molasses - It is a Micro food for organic growing ,-- and yes it works -- I use it at 1/2 ml a litre or 2 ml a gallon Don't treat it as a nutrient , but a feed for the soil . The microbes will break the sugar down for plants to use , I use maybe once every 2 to 3 weeks if I remember . it is not a magic potion but a input to making healthy soil .

I did notice that my buds got more sugar on them it seemed. I use it in my teas early on and then use it the last weeks of flower to help reduce the salt build up if any because I don't flush IMO flushing is for a toilet LOL

I use molasis from start to finish it helps the plants uptake n utilize the neutrients you feed them .I use it at the start of my flush to help use up last remaining neuts n only stop using it the last week of flush. Im no expert but i get a nice white ash joints that burn cool n taste great.
