I can't tell you on the photoperiod, it possible has been pollinated. You have to clean your tent top to bottom as anal retentive as possible. (I'magine you're cleaning an operating room, every nook and cranny.
you wont know if the photoperiod is pollinated till alter in flower if the buds dont grow very frosty, and start growing seeds.
I would say the hermie issue was not your fault at all, this looks like genetics coming to play and not your hand at all, some hard lst may cause issues but that shouldn't cause any good genetics to have problems and i doubt that was your issue here by any means.
Every plant growing from seed has some chance of issues, so its all a genetic roll of the dice.
That image of the seeds is very unsteady, but yes as far as i can see from the blurry photo, it appears they are. If you are using a phone/tablet/mobile camera, turn on flash (not auto flash, manual flash) and adjust the focus before you take photos by pulling the mobile device away a bit then use flash for the pic and it will come out steady and better. Is it worth growing out and finishing it or cull it now. Will the photo in same space be fucked now to its not shown sex yet
If it was myself, i would cull it now. BUT, if you really want to see what a hermie does, you could potentially isolate/quarantine it and see if its possible to keep it from pollinating the other plants (very hard to do and you chance accidentally pollinating easily).
