What dose it mean is it trash:, all your other plants will become pollenated, as will that one and be all seeds which will most likely be hermies like that one. so for most growers yes, but its up to your if its your trash, or your treasure. one mans trash is one man's diamound in the rough (some amazing legendary strains came from bag seed which is usually a hermie seed)
Have I lost it: you can quarantine it, (keep it completely separate in a different spot in the area you are at (like a different floor of the house) without chance of any pollen getting onto other plants, this means changing clothes and taking a shower to prevent a novice from getting pollen on the other plants and seeding them)
if you haev other plants, id remove and quarantine it now and clean your grow space top to bottom so any pollen that has already gotten into the grow will be destroyed before it gets on to other plants and pollinate them. I had a hermie release pollen and screw an entire grow and i didnt notice the hermie released the pollen until a few days ago and so i have to deseed all of it and then make some hash from it.
So no, its not a loss, you can make hash and still smoke it, but itll be full of pollen and be harsh
