New Grower Underdeveloped lower buds?

Hey guys someone here can help. I only have a few days till harvest on my first grow and alot of buds lower on the plant are still growing and are quiet far off being ready.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone and what your solution was?

If you want you can harvest the upper buds and defol just a bit and let the lower buds continue to develope until you get them where you want them

I Agree with A Train.

I do a Teir harvest when that happens pull the Cola and most others up top.

Clear some leafs maybe drop your light a bit and finish those lowers up for another week or so.
When i dont do this i strickly toss those Lower buds in my Hash Pile

All my lower buds that aren't quite developed to hard nugs go to wax no can't wait to run another batch after this harvest

Ah thank you so much guys, will chop down all the big boys at the top and leave the lower ones for a few days to see what happens.
Should I chop branches off or the main stem just above the lower branches? Or simply pick the buds off?

A-Train when you say you turn the lower ones into wax. Would they ve okay for rosin press?

To be honest I have never pressed anything so I'm not sure how it would turn out brother. Can't hurt to snip one and give it a try though

I do the same, chop the top and let the lowers develop. Taking them early no matter the use is sort of a waste when they will get a bit bigger
