Problem: Two slits/holes on a leaf

Feed and supplements used: KIS organic nutrient pack, just water by hand when pots are light.

light used: Autocob 18/6 - 30-32 inches from top of seedling
Climate: H:80F L:70F for temp, H:53 L:75 for RH
Additional info: She's about 3 weeks old. I did have a bit of a fungus gnat issue but that was quickly dealt with. I don't see any pest on the leaves.
