Twins from 1 seed

Hi guys, have a lil problem. First of all good news that i got twins from one seed
But with good news also goes some bad things. Dont know how to express but one leaf got glued. You will see from pictures what i mean to say. Dont know what to do. Leave it or cut it? Dont want to make stress for this lady.

Strain: Auto White Widow x Big Bud
Age: 11 Days
Soil: biobizz light mix
Food: Water ~7pH R.O.
Lights: LED Mars hydro 300w
Temp: ~27C
Humidity: ~70%

- is it for sure just stuck, or is it actually fused into one cup-like leaf? If it's just stuck, mist it with water, take a toothpick and tease it apart,.. as long as you don't harm the growth tip, even if the leaf tears, it'll be fine,....if it's fused, (looks that way to me), first look to see if the growth tip inside is forming normally,.. need a top shot! If it's fragg'ed too, then it's not likely to grow well at all,... let's see inside first,...

Thanks for reply. I think its fused into one cup-like leaf Cuz can't see anything inside. Maybe i should leave it as it grows?
Its her Day 14. Im going to move it to outdoor in a few days
