Hey dudes. Felt like documenting my first organic auto grow. These are my 2 little test plants as they are my first autos in my new TLO batch. They are about 3 weeks old now. These seeds were given to me by reb many years ago it seems. They are the gold pheno, as he had written. If I remember from his previous grows, this particular pheno will tend to turn a goldish color near harvest? I've been meaning to try these out for years but I forgot about them! Never had AA before so I'm excited its going to be organic!

They are under a 6 lamp t5 fixture, and my 300w LED, with a CFL on the side. So far they dont seem to be big growers, as expected however. Still, I love me a nice small auto! They are the same age, looks like different growth on them. One is staying very small, a little slower. The other just started to take off real nice. I just gave them their first tea last week, a mixture of worm castings, lobster compost, humic acid, molasses, and great white added before watering. They seem to love it.

Did a trim on the bottom leaves getting in the way of watering, and took a few of the bigger shade leafs off. She's really lookin great now. Gave her a watering with some fulmag yesterday and checked her again today and she was already dry enough for another watering. So put some fresh compost to top off the pot, hopefully this will help slow evaporation and help slowly get some more good down to her. Never had such lush plants before, and all this time I thought organics was to complicated. Boy was I so wrong!

Thank you eyes. I think its about week 5-6. The girls are still doing great, but I think they are having some probs with N toxicity. The smaller girl showed a few crows foot the other day. Slight burn but only on the tips of the ones turned down. Growth seems to have slowed some. I'm not sure if it was something I fed them, or maybe me feeding compost teas has increased the micro population so much its release nitrogen at a fast rate? Or maybe there was a hot spot in the soil? I figured this would have shown up sooner in the plants life if the soil was to hot, but I started these from seed in this pot.

Anyways they still look great. I do not smell anything coming from them yet. Still getting some vertical growth out of them. On the bigger one the buds look like they are filling in nicely. Going to be just the right size for me lol. By the way I've been running these 24/0. I've ran my last couple batches of autos like that and it seems to make them finish faster with still a nice yeild. I bet the bigger one will be done in 5 weeks or so!
