I have some leaves at bottom that's so dry I can almost crumble them up

That sometimes happens when the plants get bigger and older. As long as it's just one or teo every now and then, it's ok.

If it's just the first few fan leaves like the oldest ones this is natural and it's the plant eating up the stored nutrients and the it dies off

A light green or yellow coloring will begin to show on the veins and edges of the lower & older leaves - this is one of the classic signs of cannabis magnesium deficiency.

Magnesium is a mobile nutrient, which means that the plant can move it from old leaves to new leaves. (move it from bottom leaves to the top meaning thatt only the bottom leaves will be affected
