Indoor Trinket's in for an ounce, in for a pound-Durban Poison/Blueberry

New journal for my new lil lovies. Im doing 1 Durban Poison and 1 Blueberry, both autoflowers. I started them 10 days ago in 5 gal cloth pots and Promix soil.


Strain(s) - Auto Blueberry and Durban Poison Auto
Medium - Promix HP and BX
Lighting - Mars-Hydro Reflector series 96 x 3w LED
Nutrient Regime - Advanced Nutrients Grow Micro Bloom - Advanced Nutrients B52, Voodoo Juice, Overdrive and Big Bud and also CalMag.

Atrain is going to walk me through the entire grow because Im changing a lot of things about the way I grow, particularly the soil and nutrients and watering/feeding schedules, and because he grows some of the prettiest plants Ive ever seen. I want to be like Atrain. haha Anyway, Ill be using his methods for this grow, watering, feeding, training.

Today is Day 10 of this grow. Today is their first feeding day. *fingers crossed that I didnt screw it up* No doubt the girls will tell me right quick if I got it wrong.

The reason I am using 2 different Promix soils is because last year I bought a bag of Promix HP, but I was not real thrilled with the way it distributed the water. This year I bought Promix again, but got BX instead with the hope it will water better for me. I think it will. I had just enough left of the old bag to do one 5 gal pot and I dont believe in wasting stuff like this, so like it or not, Im using the last of it.

Im really excited about this grow. Two strains I have just been salivating for and in auto form! New nutes, new expectations, new goals. Cant wait!

Day 14

Both girls are doing pretty good, though I do believe Ms. Laverne, the blueberry, is telling me that I have been a bit too exuberant in feeding her. She is a tiny bit droopy. The Durban Poison on the other hand is just as perky and chipper as she could be.

Im pretty happy with their progress over the last few days. They are both working on their 4th set of leaves and both of them are already branching out. Isnt that exciting!?

She wasnt all that keen on giving me a peek under her skirts, but you can still make out the beginnings of her branching.

Day 16

Yesterday I didnt feed or water them. And I believe Laverne benefitted from it... shes perked up quite a bit.

Today was a feeding day for them:

1ml Micro
1ml Grow
1ml Bloom

1ml Voodoo Juice
1ml B52

I gave each girl 1 liter apiece. Shirley looks poised to explode.

Feed schedule looks solid... have you read about wet to dry cycles. They have done wonders for my plants

Hi Overitk. Welcome. Thank you. I have read about them, and I have done it previously. This is pretty much all new to me. I have to learn what and when and how much and for me that only comes from doing it. I can watch it, or read about it all day long, but until I do it, it doesnt click. haha I have a pretty good safety net I think. My plants are gonna be happy this time and so will I.
