These gorilla Glue Autos are 20 days from popping the soil. I cut 2 or 4 big fans leaves off because they were blocking budsites. They haven't started flowering yet. Did I mess up doing this. I probably should've consulted first! Thoughts!I only trimmed no more than 4 big fan leaves off each of them. That's it!

Some would say it's a matter of personal opinion on leaf removal. Buds can't photosynthesize so they don't need light. Leaves pull water and nutrients through the plant, photosynthesize, and use their petioles to track light.

You have not killed your plant if that is what you are worried about. In nature, plants loose leaves all the time. It's best to just tuck those big fan leaves down under the growing shoots. I use fuzzy sticks (pipe cleaners, but in art dept at Wally World) to hold down big fans when there really isn't enough growth to hold down the leaf after tucking. Just loop over the fan leaf and hook over the edge of the pot..

I forgot about the tucking thing. How do they look for 20 days?
