Not a big deal, but I like doing some LST with my Autos, but sometimes it's tough to pin to the sides of the fabric pot. It tends to fold in the edge of the pot.
Does anyone have a trick for this?
I hate bending the top of the pot in every time i bend some tops and pin it into the fabric edge.

You could put some type of ring to make it more rigid (like one of those tomatocage rings).. or just scrog the plant with a net

I like to LST with fabric and seemed best to work for me is just make sure the dirt is filled to the rim to keep it from bending.. I know it's hard after you water a couple times so you always could prepare your pots ahead of time and water em to make sure its.not settled or just pack em tighter when planting. But I know what you mean it makes it difficult at times. Also look into grommet and making your own holes may help. I havent done this yet.

I fold mine over as well, and use paper clamps or clothes pins to secure training wire (the plastic padded stuff). The top edge still bends a bit, but I ignore it, and it does not seem to affect training effectiveness.

GROMMETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best way hands down, how I do all my pots now. Here is my just finished grow in my 7gal Rain Science bag. If you want they will install for you, but I prefer to do my own.

Safest way to attach to fabric pot. Try it on 1 and see. Stay lifted.
