Big happs today....Caribou in the yard, for 3 days now. Ground blizz rock n. In and out of view @100 yrds. Dogs are ina snow gully in the lee of the cabin can't see em but.......

taking pics through window. Dogs must have sensed them and did a little barking and howling......

and they be looking over, do a little shuffle...............

and quickly back to no worries mode. The cabin hasn't moved and the dogs aren't chasing...

.And I have lots of meat and haven't been hunting, no wolves around, and weather has been too nasty for village hunters to travel far afield. So time out for the caribou:bow:

Yep it soured me on it. I will be buying domestic from now on if possible even though I've probably had my shot of bad luck:smoking:

Mean 24.6 33.6
Lowest 22.6 30.
Highest 26.4 38.0 --- at the moment , the only way I get to know temps like you have is to sit in the freezer :biggrin: :thumbsup:
