Hello, AFN! I really wanted to journal this CH9 "Toxic Blue 33", because it is such an aggressive photo strain in veg. I have never grown it before, but my very first photo grow (indoors) was his "Blue Lemon Thai", and that shit was AMAZING!!!! I have pics on another site from 2012. The buds up top were as big as good size bananas, and the central cola was like a hug plantain. The pistils were so orange, and the buds were beautiful! The smoke was definitely sativa leaning, and the flavor was lemony sweet and fruity. People still ask me about that plant, and when I'm growing more.

I originally ordered from "The Tude", and none of the seeds popped! I contacted the owner via email (forgot his name), to give him the heads up that The Tude was sending out dud beans (not the first or second time that happened), and to asked if he would ship directly to the states. He snapped on me, and accused me of trying to get free seeds for free, and blah, blah, blah. I had a few choice words for him, and I figured that our interaction was over. He sent an apology email about 15 minutes later. Turns out that he is a pretty cool guy.....just having a bad day. We had just a couple much more pleasant back and fourths, and 1 week later, I had 30 free seeds! (6 strains total) Those seeds are expensive as hell now!

Anywho............here we go!

This is the TB that I used in my cloning tutorial in my sig. I am featuring this in this thread.

What's up brothers and sisters?! Having a great day, and no work! Just updating and gardening today. I got the ladies transplanted, so here are a couple shots of them in their new homes. (5 days since last pics)

TB33 up 6"
ECC up 5"

Both plants show a little N stress; the TB33 with tip curl and slight burn, and the ECC with slight burn. I am only at 400-450ppm right now. I will back it off a bit, because I put a little jobes dry fert in the starter pot, but I didn't think it was that much. Started hitting them with fish emulsion at about 3 weeks and that is what happened. They will be fine.

PPM Breakdown In Veg
N=150
P=50
K=100
Cal/Mag=75
Fulic/Humic/Kelp=25

+/- 25ppm

What's up AFN? Just wanted to update you all on my little ladies. I am very pleased with their progress, considering I mixed up my medium when I planted my entire new run. All my seedlings and clones went into freshly harvested coco that had no flush or amendments added. I recently started a small business as a handyman, and as soon as the weather broke, business took off! Not complaining, just taking me a minute to figure out how to keep all the balls in the air, but I think I've gotten it sorted.

The Toxic Blue is now 37 days old, and the East Coast Cookies are at 39. It has been 7 days since the last pics. I will update more as they start to kick in.

This one jumped to 29", so as you can see with the stake, she got topped a week ago. Forgot to get shots before topping. (9" in 7 days)

This girl gained 7" in 7 days. I am cool with that! :thumbsup:

I always show the original strain stake in the pot in order to show that it is the same plant each time, but I noticed that the stakes look a little beat, so I will be switching them out soon. Trust me family, I will always keep it all above board. :cool1: :peace:

Hello AFN! It has been 8 days since my last update. These ladies are filling out very nicely! I haven't had the time to dedicate to them that I normally do, but you wouldn't know it by looking at them. The East Coast Cookies are 47 days old and the Toxic Blue 33 is 45. They both were put into flower on 6/3. I had to top the Toxic. That one reaches hard for the sky!!!! If you have limited space, you should top that girl as soon as possible.

I have been feeding both the ladies the same feed. I have pushed the ppms a bit passed what I usually run, but still only 700ppm. The ECC loved it, but the Toxic got a bit of leaf burn and curl....just a bit. That is right at the top of her N tolerance. Not a problem at all. They both look to be good yielders. I have grown the ECC before, but always with lst/cropping techniques. I decided to only top with this run, and only if height was looking like it was going to be an issue. I want to see if there really is a big difference in yield if left natural. Therefore I have no guess of what to expect from the Cookies. I have never done a Toxic (except mom still in flower), so that will be new for me as well. With this girl, I am expecting a big yield! :woohoo1: :peace:

Nice work bud!! Looking great!

WHAT'S UP MY BROTHER?! Glad to catch you here. Thanks for stopping by. I have been doing 10-12 hour days with my new handyman business. I didn't realize how many lazy asses there are in the world! :crying: Seriously, I am not complaining. If this keeps up, I will have to hire a right hand man. I didn't get to post online this last week, but my bank account really liked what I was able to post. :cheers:

Yeah man, the plants are really taking off now. The ECC always grow really well, but this Toxic grows like an auto. It gains mass sooo fast, and it also has that very hollow feeling main stalk that some autos have. It has had a very fruity/berrish smell for the last 10 days or so. I am super excited to see what this girl will do, compared to the mother that I have that has been lst'd. She is a super fast girl in veg. The mom wil be harvested in 10 days. The little nothing buds that I have quick dried and tested get me very, very stoned! The taste is very blueberry, and the frost on this one is crazy. I will put up a pic of mom later today or tomorrow. I bet if you ran this outdoors and with your :greenthumb:912, it would be a tree in no time.

I am on my way out to run errands (off today), but I am going to drop by and pay my respects to your thread when I return. I have a couple brothers and sisters here that I have to say hello to. :peace: and :vibes: to you brother!

Sounds amazing!! Look forward to seeing how she performs and to see some amazing bud!

Great to hear your business is thriving!

Great to hear your business is thriving!

What's happening GS? Thanks man. It is real busy. After I made that post last Thursday, I got a call and went out in a pressure washing job. Business has been really steady. I am only going to do it part-time, because I can't run full time due to physical limitations.(discs, knees, pinched nerve) Working for myself allows me to work around these issues quite well.

Taking it easy today, catching up my threads and also catching up on a few I follow. I've been hitting it hard this past week, and today I am paying the price. At least this time it feels worth it. I will check in with you later brother. :peace:
