Looks like good soil, not sure if its canna friendly. Thats beyond my scope of knowledge. But at 9 weeks you can try changing the light schedule or start new seeds. Do you have any others?

It doesn't bother to start over. I have 10 auto white widow seeds.

30% I should go up on that...I learned after I read about it...I should have read and researched...but, I'm mire of a hands on gardner. Learn by mistakes...lol..I can grow everything else I'm sure I'll master canbabis..lol thanks for all your knowledge

Oh, im learning too! Good soil with a proper ph to it is vital. Canna is a tough but finicky plant. I had to just grow to learn the most. Reading is good but hands on is the best teacher.
