Yes, that other thread is for autos. As mentioned, you can switch to 12/12 at any point. I would suggest getting them to about 1/3 the size of what you want your finished plants to be, then make the switch.

Ah. So should I ignore that other thread or will it be OK if I switch to 12/12 at week 7?

I'm using that as a rough guide still, but playing it by ear mainly. I have to say I'm glad I took the plunge and started growing. Not only dl I know exactly where it comes from but it's so interesting too! You guys rock! :head:
