Photoperiod To flower or not to flower?

surp. Happy 2017.never grown photos before so thought I'd give it a go just wondering if it is too early to switch to flower or worth leaving a few more weeks. Know they are small but don't want anything to big and not sure on how much they will stretch or if she's even ready to be switched....

Yes this plant is going to stretch you have an African sativa here and sativas double in size or triple since you're lady is mostly sativa the strech will be intense if you got room let her grow if not you're going to have to tie down lst super crop ,because sativas blast off in flower .

There both hybrids my bad the pure power plant is different then power plant which is African sativa nirvana added some indica and called it pure power plant ,I am familiar with the power plant (Dutch passion )pure sativa.
