Tiresias mist and breeding Autos

Hello every one quick question about spraying Tiresias mist.

Can i spray my autoflower and use the pollen on the same plant i spray?
any help would be great THANK YOU

I have never selfed a plant on it's self like that. I think you would be able to do a photo like that but an auto might not live long enough for the seeds to mature properly.

you can , but i wouldnt advise it , for a more stable offspring it would be best to polinate sister plants if auto or sister clones if photo
