Tiny 3 week old. Mutant or neglect?

For the record I know I'm not supposed to do it here but I suffer from severe PTSD and depression and it's the only thing that helps. I'm willing to risk whatever it takes to be able to sleep at night.

Too much water when it's that small and already yellowing 95% of the time over water. Autos hate water until they flower i use 3 gallon pots and mever saturate untill pistols appear

Thank for the heads up on that. I am new to using coco, so I might not have used it with soil right. I have been using a sprayer for the most part to keep the soil moist but not soaked. I'll pull back on that some though.
