Had the exact same issue with my timer last week. Found a badass 2 plug outdoor timer at HD. It has a springed cover for the timer pins, makes it harder to accidentally bump and f up your schedule. Had that happen too. Doh!

I have a digital timer i gave up on! hope you get the heat you need bud.

My last digital timer has lasted me 15 months cosecutively running so i definately got my monies worth. And i have no option other than to use them as i cant get to my girls all the time with other commitments., im sure i will figure out the heat issue one way or another.

Thanks man :pass:

I hope your ladies didn't get stressed too much !! my timer actually just packed in I think from over use.

If it comes down to spending energy on lights or spending energy on heat its lights for all the way.

I agree but if I can use the lights to generate the heat it's win win !!!

They'll do just fine on 24/0 mate! , what's your current lighting?

I usually run 18/6 but the cold snap is hitting now and those 6 hours can play havoc. you know how it gets back home

Especially up north. Another thing I have to consider is energy bills thats why I'm thinking I may try an unusual one and have my hps running 18/6 and a crappy LED to fill the 6 hour gap.
