Indoor throxic grows Mephisto - CDLC and Sour Stomper. With Floraflex!

Funny you should mention Autopots, I ran them for 6 of my last 8 grows and I'd say the leaning curve is pretty steep on them. They're so easy to lockout a plant if you bottom-feed salt nutes daily. Flushing either weekly or biweekly is a necessity - which I felt held back plant growth. Keeping the ppm lower (1-1.2ec) resulted in an easier grow, less lockouts, but yields were smaller compared to coco drain to waste.

In the end though, Autopots definitely serve their purpose. I was able to take a couple vacations and still harvest some great bud. Love this hobby. :peace:

Day 17, stopped drip and watered in 1gal of Cal/Mag and Recharge. Increased lights to 90%, 410-500 PPFD.

Day 18, drip restarted 2 times a day, 10 mins per event. Noticing either light stress or calcium def, decided to turn light to 85%, 31in away. 340-430 PPFD. Clipped 2 leaves off all three to encourage lateral growth. PC's lateral growths are exploding. LST will start soon.

Day 19, ran the drip for an additional 14 mins, five hours after the first. Wanted to see a little more runoff. Made another 4 gal batch of nutes; dropped to 3g/gal of V1/V2. Added 80ppm Cal and 15ppm Mag. EC @ 1919 + Drip Clean. pH 5.98. I also increased the drip timer to 12 mins per event.

Day 20, just wanted to add another photo for reference. Definitely gonna be LST'ing soon.

Edit: Added another 4 gals of nutes to the res. After adding it, it's reading at 1872EC and 5.93 pH. This should last the rest of the week, I'll only need to keep an eye on the pH drift and add, more often than not, pH Down to the res.

Day 23, did some minor defoliation and LST last night to get more light to the lower bud sites and they're looking great this morning. Let's hope for some explosive growth in the coming week!

:greenthumb: Looking good so far! :d5: :peace: :pass:

Day 24, I decided the calmag deficiencies we seen early on wasn't associated to the light increase, but instead was the watering I did with Recharge. I didn't add any nutes to it. Today, I increased the lights to 100% at 28 inches from the top PC and 30.5 inches from the Mephisto's. PPFD @ 420-540.

Day 27, did a little more leaf tucking, defoliation and LST. Added Recharge to the evening watering. (With nutes this time.) :yay:

Day 28, increased fertigation events to 15 mins, twice a day. I'll be keeping an eye on the runoff the next few days to ensure I'm getting an adequate amount from each plant.

8 gallons added to the reservoir.
Dechlorinated Tap water - 540 EC
+V1/V2 (3g/gal) - 1880 EC
+Drip Clean (0.4ml/gal) - 1904 EC
pH 5.97

Temp avg. - 75F
RH - 64%
VPD - 1.04 kPa

Day 29, plucked a couple leaves, but mainly did some leaf tucking. They look like they can handle a bit more nutes, so I'll be upping the floraflex to 3.5g/gal on the next refill.

Day 30, they're definitely drinking more. Increased fertigation events to 20 mins twice a day. I'm debating on starting a third fertigation event.

Day 31, major defoil and LST to open them up, the pic below was right afterwards. The growth is really ramping up now. After the first 20 min fertigation, there wasn't much runoff. I had to run the pump for another 40 minutes to produce adequate runoff to my liking. Adding a third fertigation event is sounding more likely.

SP-3000 @ 100%
PC - 26", CDLC - 27", SS - 28" (canopy distance from light)
400 - 580 PPFD
27 - 38 DLI

It's been a busy week. Thanks for stopping by! :peace:
