I have had some bad luck, I also found this site too late so I will hopefully do better next time or I will have to give up due to the costs of electricity, soil, seeds, nutrients. I have had 2 failures in a row, agh

This is one of my plants on week 9-10. I am using biobizz soil and nutrients on 20/ 4 and I am under 2 x 600 watt lamps.
I have already been told on here that the reason why the plants are stunted is because I had the lights far too close. I have since raised them but too late I probably lost 4 plants (they just fell over during the 3rd week and died?) for the same reason.
I will persevere with this batch as I spent so much money I may get a couple of ounces, this picture is one of 6 plants and all are about the same.
I will start my next grow when these are finished and hopefully somebody will hold my hand during the first few weeks.
Cheers to you all
Alan

PS the hight is about 10 inches and it is a think different auto

Hi mate, don't give up, I also stunted a TD once...don't feed your autos for the first 2 weeks, just plain water, if you're left with some cash buy yourself a soil pHmeter.
Then start a new grow thread and some of the masters here will give you the knowledge you need!

cheers mate, i have heard from many sources that using Biobizz soil and nutes means a PH meter is not needed, but i will get one unless i hear different. I now have to wait a few weeks for these to finish and then? "pick myself up, dust myself down and start all over again"
