Thanks Everyone. I've been on vacation. Should be able to get some pictures up by next Saturday, or Sunday. And They Should Be GOOD!!!! Can't wit to see em myself!!! It's hard being away from the girls!

I too apologize if I stumble off topic...(I'm a total budhead after all), but I've also been an aficionado of the 'higher fungi' for the last 40 yrs or so...

Where I finally ended up (in Orygone) there are a few choice 'shrooms that are indigenous. A particularly potent coastal strain is Ps. cyanescens. Because it fruits at cool temperatures, it can only be cultivated indoors by those who wish to use an old refrigerator or other means to achieve the low temps needed to fruit. The mycelium is quite aggressive on any cellulitic substrate (it will even colonize newspaper and corrugated cardboard!)

It's fairly easy to establish a perennial bed...you just add fresh wood chip th half of the established bed every spring. Here's some pics of my mushroom patch in full fruit:

Are you sure those are cyans? They look an awful lot like azzies. I'm also up here in the PNW and an avid mushroom hunter. I've got a little patch of P.cyan I started last year :D

Edit: I'll eat my hat if those aren't azzies. They're related to cyans and were endemic to the pnw coastal line before they got spread to the UK and Germany. They're also the most potent shrooms on the planet! I'd kill for a patch of those in the backyard, damn fine job! Allow me to give a lil off topic rep for that :D

I'd not ask you to eat your hat Mr. Piggy, for surely you'd soon be suffering from wet-head. Let's just call 'em by their more descriptive name: Flying Saucers. First class ticket to outer (or inner) space. When I first started to work with them, over a decade ago, there was some taxonomic dispute over whether azurescens was a distinct species from cyanescens. Perhaps it's all been settled by now.

As a noobie to the forum trying to be on my best manners, I'd like to PM you to keep from jacking Taviddude's fine thread here.)

And speaking of the 'dude...what were you thinking going on vacation and leaving us all hanging, waiting for our pot porn fix? You'll be lucky if your fans haven't taken this thread so far off topic that we're discussing the best BBQ recipe by the time you get back! I mean, THIS IS THE 21st CENTURY!!! You should have a webcam on those girls! (Seriously, thanks for being 'friendly'...one never forgets the first.)

Beautiful Taviddude....  ...she is Stunning...
I Love a girl with a tricy exoskelton on the leaf back.

I have rep plussed you on the grow set up...Class...
but the close-up stole my heart...

Dude, it's all good! It's an open thread. I love mushroms anyways. That's no secret  :D

Thanks a lot Man. I can't wait to get back, and get some killer pics. I know for a fact there should be some major frost on a few of these. Good to see someone is enjoying it as much as I am :smoke:

You know it's all good Bro! Like I said, it's an open thread. Good to have you stop by once in a while :smokebuds: That fecking troll with only a single post that he decided would be best dropped here on this thread trying to scam people into buying German insurance, That pricked me :ama:

Seriously though, I'll have some pics up over the weekend, and they should be good. The plants in the front were the quicker growing pheno's, and some of the buds have been chopped. They were already losing most of their leaves when I left. The rest of the table had to have put on quite a bit of weight by now. I can't wait to see myself, and share it with you guys. It should be a good harvest.:smokeit:

FECK, lost my post!!!!!!! Way to exhausted to rewrite it.

Last Update:
Day- 80

Think Different is truely a 75 day strain as advertised. I wanted to take these to 90 days, but there was no way with either of the phenos I had in this grow. They were begging to be chopped at day 80. Day 75 would have been perfect.
Anyways, I'm exhausted. Here's some pictures of the harvest. I'll throw in the details and more pictures tomorrow. The buds were SO DENSE, and grew like hops with buds growing ontop of buds.
Needless to say, I'm more than happy  :D
