Hi guys,

I have subscribed to this forum to see I can get some help from DP due to them not replying to my emails or questions via Facebook ...

I have just started my 3rd TD grow and there seems to be a major problem this time around with the seedlings..

I currently have them under a CFL 250w alongside some younger Sensi Seed Superskunks..

I am coming to the end of the 3rd week since the seeds cracked and they are just not growing at all .. They look very yellow and weak tall and skinny..

Also out of the pack of 7 3 seeds grew with deformed cotyledons and 1st set of leaves..

Here is a photo and I would kindly request some feedback from other users or DP themselves..

Alongside the Sensi SuperSkunks that are 8 days old -

I have ordered another pack on Monday as these current ones seem to be not at all with it !!!

My previous TD grows have all been successful and although not yielding as much as some I have seen on the forum I have been very satisfied with quality and genetics...

Any Input would be gratefully received ...

EDIT - My Setup

250w CFL 6500k with cheap no name reflector
Medium - BioBiz Coco Mixed 50/50 with BioBiz All Mix
8cmx5cmx5cm pots (I always pot up when 1st true leafs are well developed)

Plants are 10cm away from CFl and temp at plant level is around 22 celsius

Water is rain water ph'd down to 6,2

Lights are on for 18/6 and I always increase to 20/4 around half way through the grow.

No feed has been added yet...

Seeds are germinated using the paper towel method and once cracked with a tail of 1/2 cm I place 1cm under the soil..

The methods above I have been using for the past three years and have never had a problem...

Edit 2

Also when The sun is out I bob them on the terrace.. 3 - 4 times a week weather depending

Hi bro, can you give us some details of soil, feed, water, initial light heights etc..

hey man I would recommend you to write to DutchPassionTony about it. I am not sure what he will do about it but he's a great guy I am sure he will help you out with you issue. just to go your private messages and write a pm to him just type DutchPassionTony into where recip. goes. There is also a lot of people on here growing them including my self though I am not sure what this issue may be by looking at it I would say grower error but if you are doing everything the same as you always do then there could be something wrong with seed idk. Just make sure you only give them plain ph water for the first week or 2. I fed mine during week 2 but only with clonex seedling solution at a very low dilution. Hope you get this figured out man you will be surprised by TD. Your soil does look very wet though for seedlings

Duggy is right you should write out all your info so that grower error can be found and eliminated if its not then contact him. imo

Hi doob..dont worry were not looking for grower error, just whatever is causing your TD issue..:peace:

:bong:I had one Think Different seedling like that i stunted the poor girl i think...... but she came back to me in the end......

Ok thanks guys, will edit 1st post with details and send a pm to DPTONY

if anyone here has issues with seeds then just PM me and lets see what we can do. Think Different tends to produce pretty homogenous and consistent offspring. So it is surprising to hear of issues. We dont get many unhappy Think Different customers, but we take each customer seriously or we wouldn't be here after 25 years of seed-meistering.

I think one of the reasons growers get angry about dud seeds is that they expect the seed company to show zero interest. That is the case with some companies, but not with us

Im not at all angry mate... Just would like some input on whats gone wrong :)

Tony and the other at DP are great people. Tony has helped me out with a lot of things in the last 3 months and guided me in the right direction... I have to give a huge thanks to him and Seymour for all the help. Your will get this figured out with their help
With the amount of questions I have asked him being a first time indoor and auto grow I figured they would get sick of me but they understand and seem to love to help
