Damn fine job @mephisto! This was my first bean from you guys and it's the best I've ever done. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. I can't wait to try moooore!!!

Sorry that I don't have a weight yet, I usually do the paper bag dry method, but I really wanted to try a hang dry this time, but this is what we got this go around! was a breeze to trim, all sugar leaves went to the freezer for a future bubble or butter run lol.
