All true! This will be my first summer growing. The basement and COBs I expect to stay relatively cool. But, the humidity here is terribly high in the summer, and high in the basement too. I expect to muddle through as best I can with my big dehumidifer running full throttle on a 24/7 schedule.

Well it looks like we'll be muddling through together then my humidity gets really high too, it was between 65% and 85% all through flower but all 3 I had turned out ok, no bud rot anyway, I'm guessing because I had the fans on them 24/7 helps stop em getting too soggy only time will tell how we get on this time but good luck anyhow

Day 9
No problems to report she's looking nice and healthy so far I've changed her feed, I'm now giving, Micro 0.6ml/l Grow 0.9ml/l Bloom 0.3ml/l and Cal/Mag 0.5ml/l ph'd to around 5.8ish when it comes to the amount of each to use i just go with what it says on the bottle then half it

I'm not 1 for precision so she'll be getting a little more/less than I've stated give or take

She's really starting to pick up pace growth wise you can see how much she's grown in just a day you can no longer see her knackered half leaf.

Day 12
She's still plodding along nicely got a couple of oddities though, I reckon it's to do with the knackered half leaf thing as it's only happening on that side, firstly, after the first single leaf the bud shoot above is sort of semi fused to main stem so starts off higher up, it's not the best pic but u get an idea

And secondly, the next leaf up on that side should of had 5 fingers, but only has 4 and its not very symmetrical either the other side is fine.

Apart from that she's still looking nice and healthy I'm quite surprised the leaves aren't cupping, as the temps are still pretty high, around 32c and the rh is 43% but so far ok

Still on the same feed but I've lowered the light to around 13in and changed light cycle to 20/4 I'm debating on whether to top her at the 4th or 5th node, I topped at the 4th last time so may try 5th to see if there's any difference yield wise, we'll see in a few days that's about it for now, till next time

Not a lot to report, she's still growing nicely and looking healthy so I'm happy she's still on same feed and light cycle and I'll probably keep it at that till she begins to pistilate

So for now all looking good I've decided I'll top her at the 4th node again, seeing as the two battles I entered last grow, I somehow managed to come 1st in one and 2nd in the other I'm still shocked so I'm just gonna try and replicate it this time, wether it works or not we shall see she should b ready for topping in a day or so, so I'll report back then ttfn

Day 16
Well today was the day, there was plenty of growth since yesterday that i could of topped her at the 5th but I decided to play safe and topped at the 4th

A few hours later and a bit of leaf tucking

I'll probably remove the top two big fan leaves in a couple of days to get a bit more light in and maybe do a little lst if she needs it, temps are around 32c (light off is around 24c) and the rh 47% well onwards and upwards, I hope anyway

Day 18
2 days after being topped and so far so good it doesn't seem to of slowed her down at all and she's still looking nice and healthy temps still around the 32c mark and rh 48% for now, the temp outside daytime has been around 13c for the last week and from next week it'll rising to the early 20's then things should start getting interesting

Not done any lst as such, just tried to tuck any leaves out of the way of any bud sites. I also turn her twice a day and rotate positions with my other plants every couple of days or so Still on the same feed but she's beginning to drink a tad more, roughly 3/4 litre a day and I don't water to run off, don't see the point, just feed when pot gets light and they seem happy enough with it That's about it for now, till the next time, happy growing

Day 21
5 days after topping and all looking good after a bit of leaf tucking and cajoling I've managed to get all 8 heads at pretty much the same height and to quite a nice shape I'm hoping she'll grow like her predecessor the Candy Dawg and stay pretty short and stocky, firstly because I don't have a lot of space but mainly because it was so so much quicker and easier to chop an trim

Still on the same feed but I've lowered light to around 12in from canopy, temps still around the 32c mark but rh has shot up to around 60%, I assume it's because they're starting to get bigger and starting to transpire more, I could b wrong though She's still growing nicely and looking healthy though which is the main thing so happy days Till the next episode

Just a quick update, still looking nice and healthy with no deficiencies, so far She's beginning to get quite bushy and I'm guessing another week or so and we should start to see some pre flowers
