Ok, here we go again, lets hope i make it to the end this time ,
so this time i've opted to go for plants that i have heard of and thats i have been able to research etc.

8 (have four atm) 23w cfls 1450l in the same cupboard i used before (3' wide, 1.5' deep, 4' high)

not 100% sure what soil to use, might just get an ordinary bag seeing as i have no transport

i stripped out all the foil i had for "reflecting" and im going to paint it white instead (soft white)

still got my homemade 15l (3 gallon) pots will be spraying the outside of them black

in this grow i'll not use veg nutes, might get bloom stuff though NOM!! buds

any questions please do ask (this is still a work in progress, i have to order seeds yet, but i couldnt wait to start this) will take a few snaps of the cupboard and upload them in a lil wile

so here the cupboard in question, the main interior will be painted soft as i said

heres my attempt at being neat for the camera this is half of my lights setup

and for those people concerned about wiring etc etc, its all good brah i checked and re-checked all the lights and what not. lets hope i dont get electrocuted like i did last time :no:
i will add a fan or two nd if i can afford it when they start budding put in a carbon filter or else seek and alternative

why no veg nutes though? most use them fine you just have to hold off near the start and slowly work them up to whatever strength they seem happy at.
if youre having trouble finding nutes(like i did, im in ireland too) i found a few good shops in uk that deliver pretty cheaply, saw a few irish sites too but looked fake or atelast very unprofessional.

is that soft white matt? i always hear flat white online and got that maybe theyre prettymuch the same thing. woodies has some cheapo stuff that worked well for me. either way much better than tinfoil.
ive had alot of trouble with soil i recommend getting a a digital ph tester if you dont have one yet as it set me back a good few weeks not having one for the first few weeks. get some perlite very cheap in B&Q or woodies if you can find it and will make a big difference. i havent been able to find good soil myself so nothing to recommend really. if you end up in b&Q they have this seedling soil which came out at around 6.5 but clumps up and probably isnt the best.

youre a bit underlit for flower, i know heat would be a problem but i would recommend finding more lights/larger area if heat is an issue depending on ventilation. you have an extraction fan? i got away with a tiny 80~ cfm one in a similarly small area.
i foudn these good cfl globe bulbs in some lighting shops around. 35watt eco pal (lotus?), they come in 6500 and 3500k bulbs and are about 15 euro, very bright,i found em in some crappy little shops so id say theyre all over the country.

you gonna lst? 3gal pots might grow pretty big autos. also 15l is about 3.9 gallons so theyre pretty big.
might be an idea to get smaller ones to give you more height to work with. if they start crowding eachother it will make them stretch more.
not complaining at you, you can do what you want just trying to help a bit.
what strains you going for this time?

no veg nute becuase i dont want the girls to grow too tall as i wont have any room to LST them

yea the paint is dulex matt wall paint had some lieing around just
the water round where i live is damn near neutral so a few drops something to bring it down
eight lights in there ? (1450 * 8) / 4.5 = 2 577.77778 lumens per square foot ? (was always shite at maths) thts good enough for me

good stuff, id have some veg nutes on hand incase you need a feed just they still need some N to keep green and absorb light etc. depends on your soil it might be fine without. smaller pots will help keep the size down alot too.
yeh thatll do just for handy info, ive always read to try and have 3000 lumens per square foot for veg and atleast 5000 for flower. itll be fine thats just the optimal situation that will help add weight and density to the buds. more important with a taller plant/higher grow area im sure though.

im sure im telling you something you know already but id sand it a bit then do a few coats of paint and leave it set up with the lights and ventilation running for a few days to make sure no fumes are around seedlings etc.

have no experience with those strains but i remember seeing a few grows or BOM entries of them and they looked tasty.
ill send on those websites there.

*mail sent there* i forgot to say most sites dont seem to ship soil because of the weight which sucks as everything here seems like vague crap. maybe not if youre in dublin.

Does it taste good? haha I don't know man, the paint on the pots just doesn't sound right to me. Can't you just buy a couple silver-tape rolls and cover them? Or any kind of duct tape.

this is for the inside of the cupboard instead of using tin foil not painting the pots hehe
