I have thort of trying coco but soil works for me.. maybe one day I mite do....
Mate. Hydro is a piece of piss. A bit more to set up, but better yield.

Get one of these off google for whatever nutes you're using.

Oi. Coco nuts. There's dirt or hydro. Coco is allegedly an inert growing medium = hydro. Ditto Clay pebbles, rock wall, mats, gullies and thin fecking air![emoji566][emoji305]

Except you don't get root rot in coco and when using bubble buckets all the roots in the res fook around with the pH to much its easy hydro didn't know you've used coco @Itisi [emoji16]

You can get root rot in any medium if you feck up right.

Never done bubble buckets.

Soz. Didn't realise I said I'd grown in coco, I haven't.

If you don't think hydro is easy why aren't you growing in soil?

It's next to impossible to get root rot in coco I've ran a drip system for 24 hours through coco no problems at all and i won't grow in mud because the yeild is shit i can get the same or close to yeild wise in coco and autopots as i did in hydro but with less hassle top up the res and your done [emoji106] ye i knew you've never grown in coco was being a bellend buuut if you've never tried it how do you know [emoji16]

Geezer. What I was saying was. Coco is hydro.
I don't understand why people separate it.
Why grow in mud where you don't know what nutes the plant is getting.

It's all about the pH in coco its more hydro than soil better yeilds, I've done hydro but it's too hands on and I'm a lazy fooker [emoji16]coco +autopots piece of piss [emoji106]
I don't find hydro to be too hands on, I'm a lazy fooker too. Mix up a bucket when the water pump rattles in the bottom of the empty res, job done! :crying:

It doesn't have to be time-consuming.

.
I think he's talking about DWC hydro. I found DWC gave me fantastic yields. But it was a lot of work when the girls were flowering. The pH fluctuations were crazy I would have to tweak it almost every day.

It does if you want to grow decent plants [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
