I would assume, at the current moisture content they have currently, they are still fermenting..........................but I think at a slower rate with where I have them stored.
Has most of this 'magical effect' process already occurred?

Well, the cobbs had been sitting in a brown paper bag drying.
With a great deal of the moisture removed, they are now back in the vacuum bags and sitting in storage for aging.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaa.............. I'm sorta treating it like a temple ball! I let my very first temple ball age for a year. No, I'm not gonna let this age for that long before I sample it, at least one of them. that temple ball was well worth the wait!

Both have been sitting in my chest of drawers with my other canna. Both are rock hard and you still see the little crystals. It's so sparkly!
