Been absolutely brutal LST'ing these reveg plants with nothing more than snapping and bending/twisting of branches (might be 1 pipe cleaner support on the right from 1st grow). Mind being half afraid to touch them when I first started out lol

here's what i use it all the time its a canna coco pro /clayballs mix i get it in 50lt bags heres the info

A mixture of the CANNA Coco Professional Plus (60%) with CANNA Aqua Clay Pebbles (40%) offers your customers a premium Coco Pebble Mix.​

The ingredients are, of course, high quality as you expect from any CANNA product, but more importantly the bags contain 50 litres!

You use this straight outta the bag or you you find you have to rinse and buffer. Honestly my least favorite part about coco and clay pebbles is bed feeling the ph and charging it with cal mag. Slogging wet bags of that shit up and down my stairs hurts my back
