My DIL's Favourite...and one of the Simplest..you could make this...for your Lady..... ..surprise her.....
Valentines coming up...

Mashed boiled egg..
Add some chopped up frozen prawns..
Big Dollop of mayo..
Salt and a squirt of lemon juice or white wine vinegar and stir...

Stick it on toast..or a lettuce leaf...(gluten free wrap..)

Sprinkle a touch of pimento on..so Simple..so Delicious....
