Weekly update on my seedstockers gorilla glue in the 2ltr bottles these are impressing me so much and have some great tops also its lights out in there so there having a sleep so leaves look droopy but soon as lights come on there up again plus they started with there stretch last night . also @HighnDry you may have a monster with the reveg girl this time around

DE needs to stay dry to be effective. Put a layer on top of any mulch. Kill the larvae by watering with mosquito dunks crushed and mixed into water. I'd use a tray or saucers and water from the bottom till the pests are eliminated.

I ordered a duster off amazon cuz nowhere by me carried in store plus got some sticky traps too! Should I pull that mulch off those pots so I can get it right on the soil? I’d assume so since without don’t see how I can get an even coating down but not sure?? Oh and thanks amigo!

Ohhh yeah! These ladies are doing well and putting on some size! Nice color too! They are being fed Megacrop 2.0. I upped the ppm to 450 and they seem to be taking it well. PH is 6.5. They are still under a mere 135 watts of lighting from a single QB 324 but seem to be doing fine. I'll get another QB in there soon, before they flower. I'm loving the look of them, my kind of canna plants!

Thanks! Hopefully since I caught em early I can knock em out with some sticky traps + DE to kill larvae and got some proper trays for those small radicle bag pots! They r like 9” across on pots and NOWHERE carried 10” saucers in stock and had to get off amazon so could sit flush on bottom to be able to bottom feed easier! Should I try to lift mulch to put layer on soil underneath it + some on top of mulch as double layer? Figures I have 8 in veg and 1 fully putting out flowers and on day 99 today only have 1 tent! No mulch on flowering gelato either so gonna get 1 of those moving boxes for $5 that are made to hang clothes inside so I can put gelato in spare office so can get it under control without contaminating her!

This is definitely my best 2L grow so far! My lady is looking good and is in preflower. She's being fed Megacrop 2.0 at 450 ppm, PH 6.5.
Just about time to tie her down some more. Now One issue with laying the bottle over is watering. I cut a hole in the bottle near the top. I'm using a funnel to get the solution in. I have to water a little then wait for it to soak in, and give some more. I stuck my finger in the hole and poke a hole in the soil slanting to the bottom. That helped more more solution in that direction, as before it tended to run out the front of the bottle unless I poured VERY slowly.

Debating doing some defoliation. I'll wait and see.

Ok @Gladiators help please! I noticed damn gnats again today so wanna obliterate then quick! The spray I got in biologix sample seems to scare em out the tent but if I grab diatomaceous earth what do I need to apply it and where all should I apply it! I’ve seen em all over (no more than 5 but worse than the 2 I saw 2 days ago! Thought if I bottom fed em the top of soil would stay dry enough to kill em but think 2 lil ones that are in trays like this 1

I realized after giving some water from top like usual I gave it some in the tray and was able to take it in! Point being what is it I need to apply that stuff cuz got a gelato at almost 100 days in full flower so can’t risk contaminating it! Stuff

Coat the top of the medium in ground cinnamon, and spray the plants, pots, walls the lot with a mix of 1l water, 5ml neem oil and 1-2 drops of washing up liquid! I get gnats a lot staying in Scotland and this always works ✌✌

I had a long battle last year with them suckers. It takes time. One of those gnats lay 200 eggs in 7 days or something. Mine got really bad. I had about 10 fly tapes up. They are now gone but I still keep fly tape up. However I used Food grade DE, sticky tape, and I watered with hydrogen peroxide and it worked well. I bet Ive killed a couple thousand if not more lol. The great battle of 2019 was a tough one.

Lesson learned using my rainwater and compost from outside lol. I'm prolly lowballing when I say a couple thousand lol.
