So far, everything makes me just want to work through the mephisto i have as a side project to focusing on growing the autoseeds plants. so far, i have been able to do a lot of great things. hopefully my groLog system will be finished its development in a few weeks for a frills version but probably a week for a workable versionTold you Autoseeds.com values their customer's more than any other breeder.
I'm sorry to hear you're having such problems. I wonder if seb has any comments on all of this @Autoseeds.com can you give any comments? I dont wann say anything one way or the other because, like you @Tyler_Durden88 I'm not a rep for them let's see what happens :/I just want to update this post bc I was a die hard autoseeds grower and up until now they were the best breeder. Now after their new relaunch And new website they seem like a whole diffrent company I was with them and supported them and made this very post to tell other growers that they would not regret using them as a breeder. I can NOT still make that recommendation to other growers. Hopfully they will remember what made them great and go back to being the autoseeds i know and loved to work with in the past. I was never endorced or paid or anything like that by them or any other company. My opinions are my own and unbiased. And I will keep it real and tell the truth that I know it to be unfiltered and free. For now I'll be transitioning to Mephisto for all my seeds.
Sometimes things happen, it is right after the holiday and I learned a long time ago the worst time to go live is right before or right after the holidays. The best time to go live with updates is mid January. I have had good experiences with them and my issues have been resolved without problems so it appears everything is good with them. I have found when a good company becomes more well known it allows them to give better service because as the growing pains subside they begin to get in to the groove of things. So sometimes it's easy to get worriedThey have contacted me since and they apologized. I assume they are adjusting to their new website bc I have a brother who's a web designer and computer engineer and I know how much work it is. As I've said countless times their customer service is unparalleled in the breeder industry. And I hope that all this new attention dosent take away that aspect that made them so great to work with. I might be judging them a bit harshly and to soon but that's mostly bc of how passionate and happy I've been with dealing with them all this time.
Of course I remember hence why I have the seeds I do. And I am happy with their yield and the quality is good and the price point is good tooThis is the only bad experience I've had with them which is why I'm taken back a bit. I've seen great companies get bigger and loose a lot of the things that gave them their sucess. I was their [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] fan and still am im just keeping it real. If you remember MissUniverse i was the very one that recommended them to you and told you how great they are and how you wouldn't be disappointed with them given the chance. And I still stick by them words.
