Received my order from the Attitude today. First time ordering from them, took about 8 days (and I'm in Asia) so very impressed. Ordered the 'stealth' option, and there was SOME stealth aspect to it ....kind of impressed. I also ordered with the June promo (which is pretty awesome) so received lots of freebies, again, impressed.

HOWEVER, my order was tied to several other promos (I like free things :D) and they screwed the pooch on that aspect. NOT impressed.

-Ordered Green House Seeds 'Cheese' to get the free grinder. No grinder

-Orderd Dinafem Grapefruit to get the free 'Auto Haze.' They sent 'Critical +.' Nice strain, but not an Auto, not what their promo says, and not what I wanted. Considering I placed my order an hour within the start of the 3 day promo, shouldn't be an issue with running out and there is no mention of substitutions.

-Lastly, and the biggest disappointment, was I ordered 10 regular Lowlife Auto 'Hindu Kush' in the hopes of getting a male and, thus, some seeds. This was by far the most expensive part of my order, and several of the seeds were crushed. As nothing else in the order was damaged and due to the nature of the packaging, kinda odd. Considering they were the most expensive, they should have been in plastic, like everything else I ordered, but they weren't. No biggie, but a little disappointed.

Considering the price of the seeds/shipping, I think they can do a little better. Guess I'm a tough critic though.

Fired off a nice/polite email to their customer service. No reply yet but maybe they are closed on the weekends.

Will report back on quality of response/service.

Bummer to hear things got messed up. I ordered on that promo, too, and am waiting on the beans still. Also... might not wanna broadcast how they do their stealth shipping, 'cause then it's not stealth anymore.
 
I think the lowlife issue may be with lowlife themselves, as I've had the same problem twice, from different seedbanks, but the seedbank should look at what they are sending out.

Yea, the Lowlife seeds being crushed was a bit of a bummer....and highly suspect due to the way it was packaged and the fact nothing else was remotely damaged. Not saying it could 100% not happen in transit. Just 99%. :D Maybe the seeds arrive from Lowlife damaged and just no one notices it, as doing it just to save a buck seems a pretty questionable business model. Either way, I agree....seedbank needs to have better quality control.

Sending me the Dinafem Critical + is even more puzzling as the majority of my order were Autos......and Dinafem HAS a Critical + AUTO.

Taken as a whole (no grinder, crushed seeds, and wrong strain) I'd have to say not much attention was given to handling my order.

My order from the attitude is out for delivery today. 11 days from placing the order. Pretty sweet!
 
Unwrapped the order this afternoon and all is perfect. Got my Onyx, My sour60/blue streaks, and the june promo of a jillion or so free seeds. Got some in the starter plugs awaiting the aero chambahhh.

The staff finally got back to me regarding crushed seeds and wrong seeds sent.

One e-mail asked me to take pictures of the ENTIRE order (woulda been 20 + pictures) and another e-mail asked to send back the offending merchandise. I decided to just live with the loss....I'm far to lazy to sit there and take multiple pics/do multiple e-mails...and I'm not exposing myself to customs any more than is necessary...for a few seeds. Soooo, customer complaint satisfied through inertia. Yay.

As to the wrong seeds, they said that I was looking at the old promo. I didn't see any new promo. My simple solution? Stop confusing customers by keeping all your old promos active.

Due to their fast delivery and great promos (be careful though) I may give them another chance...but one of my orders was a bunch of regular Afghan Kush Autoflower. Hoping for some (many) seeds so I can skip these minor irritants....and, more importantly, save some cash!
 
Damn, sorry it ended up like that. But I agree... making your own seeds is pretty gratifying. I save seeds on lots of my heirloom veggies, and now, cannabis!
 
Im thinking bout ordering from attitude:dance: but dnt want to use my credit card is there any good prepaid credit cards that i can get from walmart or walgreens that i can get!! any help is appreciated!!
 
It's very hard to get a prepaid credit card that you don't need to verify your social security number with. What you can do, however, is use StopShield on firefox. Check it out. It sends your CC info though as another number or something and does all this crazy stuff so your info isn't subject to storage in a database. It's pretty cool.
