after not replying to any of my emails i ended up having to call attitude today about my order, i explained to them about my missing t-shirt and damaged seeds, the girl on the phone asked me to take a pic of my order and send it to them in a email and when they receive that they are going to reship my t-shirt and the damaged seed

Anyone else usually get packages from NYC? Was curious if any one else's tracking has not been updated now for 6 days says original post is preparing shipment where as the uk tracking says it arrived to the us on the 8th .... Never seen it track like this.... I've had long time before scans but not
one that hasn't been updated... Anyone else?
I placed an order on Feb 18th and then another on the 24th. They both arrived at the postal facility in L.A. on the 26th. Today is March 13th and I've not seen or heard a thing. So much for the USPS!
got an email last night from them asking if I was ok with my order being held for a few days while all my replacement seeds are added. I am really happy that they are for sure replacing my seeds. I didn't expect them to replace all seeds because of the germinating laws but they spoke to the breeders and was told to replace them. Seems though it going through I will stay a loyal Attitude customer. I did make a Sannie order and Herbies and have already received them A+ service but I still like all the freebies attitude gives away. Guess ill have to wait and see what happens with this order
