I just received my order from them and there were no autos on the free offer when I placed it. I asked customer service if there was anything they could do to accommodate the style of seeds I have been purchasing. They said maybe if I say something during check out, so I give it a shot. They replaced every single photo period free seed with a dinafem auto. 2 critical jack and one critical. So A+ to them coming through for an auto-flower grower!

Lol, I must admit that the last time I ordered I used a discount code ( fair sized order) and they took a lot longer than normal?
Worked well for me, ordered on Monday night, dispatched on Wednesday (bit long imo), arrived on Friday.
I expected it to be faster on their part, especially paying £4.50 on shipping when it costs a few pence to them. I guess that's what payed for my free seed though

My order was dispatched on may 17th and it still says its being prepared for shipping when I track it? Anyone else have this problem?
I would e-mail customer service and ask about it. My orders have always been out of prepared for shipping within 2 or 3 days. Once I got my order in 7 calendar days way over here in Cali. Usually it's about 10 days.
Mine usually take about that long before they get through dispatch and they always seem to come right around the amount of time they say it does ...I have had zero problems with them at all!
