THC/CBD Vape e-cig juice from scratch (I hope)

i did a tincture not to long ago.sublingual under the tongue dont half slow you down.
edibles,tinctures and extracts/concentrates is a fascinating subject.2 things are going on here,1st is the extraction of the thc/cbd etc from the plant,2nd is the infusion of thc into vape juice pg/vg/peg400 or whatever flavour is currently in your vape.
decarbing i think the 3 week-month thing is a natural decarb over time not the heat method.
how effectively can you extract,then how effectivly can you infuse ?
im not keen on using a flamable liquid to use in a vape.
pg/vg and all the flavours are water based...thc is oil based so technically the two will never mix fully.
Waxxy a vape juice claim to be able to mix a dab into the vape juice,10 secs in microwave and shake.was a thread on it Mcdee perhaps
being a lazy sod i would empty the arse of me grinder whack it in the oven then fire a blob into the vape juice.
technically this has allready been extracted from the plant.


now decarbed and ready to be infused with whatever.

I was playing around with e-vape a couple of years ago, but had limited success. I used VG, PEG, and both combined. I tried infusion, dissolving shatter, and a number of others I can't recall ATM.

I just couldn't keep it stable. By the time a week passed, it began to separate.
It also gums up the cartridges. That being said, I was using the $10-15 carts, so maybe that was a factor.

For the number of tokes it took to get pain relief, and the problems noted above, I just gave up and moved on to other experiments.

Since then, I bought a filled cart from a dispensary that used hemp-seed oil as the carrier. Worked great, stayed stable, gave a good strong effect, but I sensed a tiny bit of combustion was happening. I never tried making it with oil myself, but if I were using carts I would give it a go.

Good luck with your juice- I hope you can keep them homogeneous.

Shatter smells but in a coil pen it is quite portable. Fortunately where I live people don't pay much attention to the smell of cannabis.

Yes still building up the courage to do it but reducing the rest of my mix as I type. Will let you know if I get it to work. Smell is not an issue here either, although illegal, the police don't bother. They would have to arrest half the town lol

Ok so we grew some balls but not before a little adjustment.
I took half my mix, as we are liking the tincture, and reduced it right down. Just before all the alcohol evaporated and the juice was still a bit runny, I added vegetable glycerin and gave it a good stir. I then let it sit in the pan for a bit to evaporate a bit more. I did 2ml canna juice to 10 parts VG. Into my special green vape and ....
It's a nice smoke, no explosions either. Tastes like grass and gives you a nice steady smoke high like a joint with baccy (UK style) and not a quick heavy hit like a bong. No smell at all in the smoke but then our house always smells of weed. Will update on seperates in a few days, but hoping that because VG is an emulsifier that it won't happen.

Well to close this out, it was fun, but we both prefer the smoke and smell of weed. The tincture was a hit and a lot less hassle. The tincture is definately in the arsenal.
