I've added a new lamp to the website, the T2-1400. Low stock until I see how they sell but I'm kinda excited about them. I originally had 3 series with 4 lamps each and it was just too many lamps so I narrowed things down to the 2100 series but have been wanting to add the 1400 back with some modifications.

The new 1400 series lamps use additional emitters to increase the efficiency at the same wattage as their 2100 counterparts, so more light for the same wattage. The cost increase over the 2100 series is only the cost of the additional emitter/s. For now I'll be adding in the occasional T2-1400 and possibly a couple T4-1400s.

Hi @Tasty ...just wondering if this configuration allows the light to be moved any closer to the canopy..?

You can generally get 50 watts emitters closer to the canopy than 75 but since it's still a 150w lamp with slightly greater output over the T2-2100 the hanging distance will be the same.

I can definitely say you put your all into these lights. I will purchase no other and your prices are so good I have no intention of doing a DIY there is a lot of good ones out there but not for me I do not have the tools or the time. Your price points are so good why take a chance and you stay up with the best technology. Keep up the great work MR TASTY

Over time I've made small improvements, switching to a thicker gauge aluminum, switched to a quieter fan, updated the T3 with two fans rather than one, added the dimmer knob, and filling out the accessories (When I first started selling lamps they didn't come with a cord or hangers). I'm pretty happy with the current package but am keeping an eye on the technology. I definitely will update the emitters when it makes sense to do so.

Hi @Tasty have you made an AFN discount code yet? Are you going to? Thanks BTW the T2-1400 looks siiiiicccckkkk!!! Out of Stock now Loooooooovvvee yr company!!!! I have only ever grown with LED's since I started and I'm so happy that there's an actual company that tells you exactly what you're going to buy and the word transparency is a misnomer usu. with most or all LED companies. You are a godsend as much as kindsoil and mephisto to me as far as I am concerned anyways yeah I am asking about the AFN discount coz I figured it's getting close enough what with all the new business so yeh I love you guys! Your company is so appropriate for afn because it's top gear and top notch. I'm done editing now lol love you guys!

Hi @densemob, thanks for the compliments. My pricing has always been unpadded. I can't justify discounts, but prices did just recently drop due to Cree reducing prices on their emitters. If I end up switching to the new Vero29 when they are available there will be another price drop. Cree will be releasing new products sometime soon, so I'll be looking at them as well.

You are one of the cheapest price wise if not the cheapest to use such high end material. Aluminum covers no rust ever do to humidity they blow cool do to the massive heat sink and I do believe high end quiet fans dimming capabilities at that price point too. The internals are of the highest quality as you would expect. I love my T4 2100 and plan on getting tasty lights as needed in the future.

Agreed brother, loving this light so far. My cats love it. They SUN themselves under, they don't do that under any of my other LED's!
