There were no issues with the shorter days bro they may have got bigger under longer days but I'm more than happy with the results,one thing I can say is deficiency's were at a minimum.

The weight before it went into jars was just shy of 10oz and she may loose another oz while curing but to be honest it would be impossible to ever give a accurate weight after say a 2 month cure because I can't keep my mitts out if the jars while they cure lol
