Looks like cal mag deficiency .... foliage spray of Epsom salts should she her good

Epsom salt foliar yesterday followed by 24ozs of only water. Here they are today. I'd say they both grew atleast an inch since yesterday.

Just looked closely and saw what looks to be red spider mites. Will diatomaceous earth kill them off or should I get some neem oil?

Just did a soil test with the rapid test 1601 and it looks like...
N- surplus
P- adequate
K- adequate
