Indoor Switching lights from 18/6 to 20/4???

can i switch my lights from 18/6 to 20/4 or will this harm my plants they are 35 days old and my temps are down??? will it harm my plants to switch them from 18/6 to 20/4??

You will see no change with autos. If you grow photos, I do not know but most probably no.

It won't do any damage but remember the increased bill ..I always use 18/6 but have been tempted to try 20/4 or higher to see if it can speed up development.
