Fast Buds Sweet treats from Fastbuds - Orange Sherbet & Bubblegum

Thanks for the rep bud, coming from someone with your rep that means a lot! 65 you got me there lol, how was the bud back then? When I see stuff on TV from back then it look like shit.
Most of it was Mexican brick weed there were some notable stand-outs. Panama Red, Acapulco Gold and Michoacan. Then when my buddies started returning from Viet Nam they brought all manor of good bud chief among them Thai Stick. The brick weed was real shit, moldy, rotting, seedy and full of stems and we were glad to have it .

I have heard the name, but not sure what they are? I cant do the jars it's to important to be lazy with lol.
I have my jars ready for a garage sale. I will never use them again! For Weed!

I used grove bags. I went back to jars. After about 6 months, my bags are just dry and yuck. I have about a lb that is just ruined from being in the bags. Might be my fault, but the jars are working just fine for me.

@Mañ'O'Green is there a technique I do not know about for using them successfully?

I used Grove Bags as an absolute new guy. I did dry in the tent and then into glass jars with Boveda bags. Once I was confident in their state of moisture, I put them into grove bags. I still noticed a ton of smell so I put the loaded bags back into jars. I have to say they really smell quite nice and have kept a great fresh green color to them. I'm doing it wrong but for containment I had to. That said, the grove bags have kept the end product looking like the day I trimmed for the first time.

Did you heat seal them?

Simply dry to 10% moisture (62% RH in a jar equivalent) put in the bag and heat seal. I have opened bags from almost 1 year ago 5-10-2020 Lil"Mobstar and the buds were like the day I put them in there! I am hitting the dabs from it now! I have 1/2 oz left.

Ok, they're for store too. I see I thought they were for just curing. I only plan to curing in my buckets. Basically burp my jars for me. Once they are cured they will go into jars for storage. I just have issue getting all these jars burped constantly. Sometimes I forgot and jars are left open to long stuff like that or I just forget. These could be more useful for me once I can grow more and have larger harvests to store. 3-4 months and it's gone for now normally so longer term never get reached. I like them tho, looks like something I will use sooner rather than later.

You do have to think of them as a consumable. I heat seal each bag above the zip up to three times if I am careful to seal close to the top edge each time. Then you can just cut the zipper off and heat seal for longer term storage. I only have one or two like that so far. One thing I do miss is being able to go over to a jar and shove my nose in for a big whiff :crying:.

A few uses is good enough for me, now all I need is enough bud to stash away lol. That's 1 good thing about jars, easy access is always appreciated!
