Haloooooooo to everyone at AFN.

This is Han-D, documenting my first (proper) grow.

First I would like to thank everyone who has welcomed me, very much appreciated.
And thank you to all who have stopped by in my thread, please make yourself comfortable and I welcome your comments and suggestions.

I consider this my first actual proper growth, since my previous attempts of 3 RQS Royal Haze didnt make it past the seedling stage.
Entirely my fault, I didnt do much preparations, and I certainly wasnt spending much time at AFN :laptop:

2 Sweet Seeds Green Poison Auto were germinated with the wet paper towel method 25 June 2016, went into their pots on 27 June, popped the surface on 28 June.

My setup:

Soil: Low nute garden soil from my local floral supply store
Pot: 20 litre (5 gallon) generic airpot from China
Nutrients: Local brand leaves nutrients,
Local brand bloom nutrients,
Grow More Calcium supplement,
Grow More Magnesium, Manganese, other essential elements supplement,
Local brand kelp liquid supplement

Grow Space: I am growing in a converted bed room.
Using a make shift shelf as a grow tent, 200cm (l) x 50cm (w) x 180cm (h)

Light: I have 2 x200w (actual draw) LED full spectrum lamp, no brand
The light is white in colour, the manufacturer assured me this is the newest in LED lighting technology
640w LED lamp, using 128 x 5w diodes.
It has a veg and flowering mode, the light output is more of the usual violet colour

Day 30.jpg

Day 30

Room temperature fluctuates between 24 to 30 Celcius
Room humidity from 40 - 75

Today 31 July 2016 is day 33.
Gave my 2 girls their water, and LST.
And.... Disaster struck :wall:
I broke off the top of GP1

.

When I heard the snap, my heart skipped a beat.
I tried to attach the broken stem with duct tape, but after an hour, it was just hanging limp.
So I took the shears to it, and made a clean cut instead.

Both girls have been shooting pistils for the past few days.
I am just hoping the accidental topping wont be damaging.

Arrggghhhh whom am I kidding, its a right proper disaster

Day 47.

After breaking off the main top branch of GP1, she and her sister were further abused by neglect.
I had to go out of town for a few days, when I came back about 20% of their leaves were yellow due to deficiencies.
Doctored to them the best that I could, and removed the affected leaves and branches.

They are healthier today, and each has around 10+ bud sites.
Although they do seem a little behind in their development, from what I can compare with the other grow journals here.

Day 55

Final feeding today.
Just plain water from here on now...
Very excited to enter the final stretch :vibe:
