Super Slimy Roots

Hey all,

So I'm having an issue that I never had dealt with before and am putting my pride to the side and asking for help. I'd been having some veg issues lately which is killing my perpetual grow, but got those environmental things figured out and dealt with. Now I'm having a different issue... suuuuuper slimy roots. I usually have killer white roots which I've posted pictures of before, but this round is different. The only thing I did differently was use Roots Excelurator. After the first day it stained my roots brown, and the day after that there was a wicked snotty looking gel over everything, and now it's going like crazy. I'm using Dyna Bloom 4ml/g and a compost tea, too. The Progress Earth method with their products. It smells super nice and I just started using it today to try and help with the slime. Now, when I wash my roots off they're nice & white (tan-ish) and they smell just like roots should. No nasty smell or anything.

So, I'm lost on what I oughtta do here. It pains me to have things not going perfectly and desperately need them to. yay cyclothymia for making things tons of fun, too.

Hygrozyme and h2o2 will clear it up. I'm a slime killing mofo.

Is it possible for you to dip your roots in a bucket. How's your Rez temps?

Are there dead roots?

Totally possible to dip the roots into a bucket. But... there's not dead roots. I can spray them with a sprayer in my sink until the cows come home and they don't break off. They just loose the goo and turn white.

Mix 3% h2o2 10:1 water:h2o2. Dip the roots in the bucket.
I also used a spray bottle to try and penetrate the root ball.
1 tsp. of hygrozyme per gallon in your Rez. will have you growing like a pro again in no time. I promise.

When I dipped mine in a h2o2 and hygrozyme soultion I felt a disturbance in the force. It was lik a billion voices all crying out at once. Then silence.
