This lady probably needs some extra magnesium and a little bit less nutrients when you feed her. You could dilute the mix with 10% more water, that way you keep true to the recipe.

They're not fed, they've gotten Kelp water once about a week ago but that's it.

Mine and @Lil Dab both have the same leaf discoloration. I've been giving them a bit of Epsom but the discoloration continues, albeit slower. I'm wondering if they are just extra hungry.
