Yes it will fall out. But know that it will not keep long unless you take good care of it. What i have started doing is get my make to flower in a big box of something and then place a few clones it even just flowering cuttings next to it.
I collected pollen only once so far and after a month it didn't do anything anymore, so i will just keep placing what i want to pollinate next to him.
@Mañ'O'Green had some great advice on this when I brought the topic up. Collecting pollen works fine, but you need to keep it seriously dry during and after collection. He recommended mixing it with a bit of flour that has been dried in an oven, maybe with a dehydration pack as well. You also need to make sure it is mature, which means collect it when it starts to drop on its own.
He also warned me that pollen will travel throughout your house if you are not careful, so be warned if you have indoor flowering plants at the same time an indoor stud plant is dropping pollen. You may get more seeds and less nice bud than you are planning for.
