I like kush Mintz for my spine and joints. i have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. I am growing a cross of kush mintz and zkittles in an auto right now. The Kush can take my pain level down to 2 on a scale of 10 so the cross should help even more.

the strains that have amber trichomes. The amber color is CBN great for inflammation. the trichomes turn from clear to milky white witch is pure THC, the white then turns amber, that's the medically beneficial goo! I do have a strain right now called Hash bar OG that I call

It's also important to make sure that your vitamin D and your thyroid levels are in the correct range. Low levels of each will make you feel the pain more.
