Yup, that's the evil Botrytis bud rot. Sadly, there is almost certainly more of it already started in other bud in the tent. You may be well advised to chop this crop as early as possible given what you have in mind for maturity. The rot will be likely be progressing in the background until you process the buds. When you harvest, I think you are better breaking the buds down for bag or net drying rather than hanging whole colas - that way you will be able to check carefully for rot and discard the bud that has rot starting inside. Watch for unhealthy sugar leaves - any that are atypically discolored can indicate interior rot, and if they pull out loosely, the rot is pretty much certain in my experience.
