SSSC SSSC - Pineapple Poison adventure at AFN!

Musta been hypnotized by that bud porn................... lol!

I'm seeing some purple or red in the background, it makes the white pistils stand out. I'll get a close up. And the smell, OOOOhhhhhhhhhh the smell, I'd grow this again just for the smell! I heard of strains that smell sweet but this is ridiculous! It smells like Candied Pineapple with a hint of fuel. I don't even know how you can smell "sweet" but there is no doubt, it's NOT subtle!

All you and your sexy buds. I have pistils though :shooty:

These phenos have very little leaf and I like that.

~30 days
Flipped to 12/12 yesterday.
Came home after leaving the plants unattended for 6 days and found the plants leaves wilting, puffy with a few leaves particularly on the plant on the the right yellowing and small rust spots on the tips. Further, the plant on the right appeared lacking in upward growth with less developed leaves.

It appears to me that the plants could not acclimate to the reservoir being turned on just prior to me leaving for the week. The roots may not have not been receiving enough oxygen, choking off and therefore were not able to uptake nutrients.

To rectify the problem, I vacuumed the nutrients out of the trays, shut off the reservoir and let them dry out for a couple of days.

The plants responded favorably so far, but will keep an eye on them and if all goes well, I will put them back on the reservoir in the next few days.

If I didn't have to travel in a few days I probably wouldn't have flipped to 12/12, but I have no choice due to my schedule.

Let's see if I can get the plant on the right to produce and get both plants back on course.

That's odd, I've not seen that with auto pots when the plants were this far developed. When a SIP draws water up from the bottom, it also draws air down into the soil, yet I have no explanation for what happened. I usually turn on my res at about day 14 without issue. What are you feeding them? Whatever happened it looks like you've git the beginning of Mg def. Have you checked PH?

Gh flora trio with 3.75ml/g calmag.
I agree with you in that it looks like a calmag problem in the plant on the right. What you didn't see was the day before I dried the trays out and the plant was very light green while the other plant was okay. The pic i took was after I dried it out and refed by hand. But, it is fine with me, it's what keeps me growing. If all my grows came out perfect, I would probably lose interest.
I have a Hanna ph pen that I use and calibrate religiously as well as a less expensive pen that I double check...yes ph was good...thanks for your interest.

Didn't get a good pic of the smaller one, I'll get it tomorrow. But here is my big girl, plumping up her buds nicely. Sure has been a smooth grow! I'm going to take a clone from each, I've never done it in flower before but I know it can be done.
The smaller plant is showing signs she's running out of nutrients. I might give her a dose of Megacrop and see if she picks up. I figure they have maybe 2 weeks to go but maybe a little longer.
